I've seen a delivery driver hurl parcels into the back of the van like they're passing a rugby ball. My clients have chosen to use them, and out of 5 deliveries, not one of them went on time, and sometimes didn't even turn up at the right address. If they could do you a good turn, they wouldn't. If you phone up, you're given the wrong information. If I could give them less I would. Absolutely disgusted!

So disappointed in Parcelforce and the customer service on offer. Had a delivery coming that was coming from Spain and Parcelforce picked it up once in the UK for the UK part of the delivery. Parcelforce then sent it to the wrong hub/depot...I am in Glasgow and they sent it to their London South depot. Once this was identified it was then sent to the Coventry Hub, where it then then sat for 5 days at "sorted" instead of getting placed on a lorry to Glasgow. On phoning Parcelforce I got absolutely nowhere.. no one I spoke to could explain why the parcel was sitting in Coventry for days but did say it should have been on a lorry on the Thursday night. One girl in the Glasgow depot said she would try and help and would call me back with details but no call ever came back. Parcelforce finally delivered it 6 days after they took receipt of it.
To cut a long story short... I was getting a tyre delivered for a motorcycle trip and thanks to Parcelforce I had to source another tyre at considerable expense. Trying to speak to someone at Parcelforce who can help is impossible...If you can get through they are not interested in correcting errors, expediting parcels due to their errors or at the very least showing any empathy towards the situation.
I will not be using Parcelforce again and I will be asking, where possible, for suppliers not use Parcelforce for my purchases in future.
If you read this Parcelforce, please do not respond with you are sorry and to contact your contact page.. its pointless!!.... rather take a look at DPD and how they do things... I know every step of the way where my parcels are and exactly when I will get it... You might learn something about what it takes to be professional.
